Reset password with your mobile device or email

Please follow below steps to reset password with Software Data Cable app on your mobile device:

1. Open "Nearby", tap "My Desktop", tap the plus icon and choose "Reset password":

2. Upon successful reset, a new message will be received with login details:

(You may click the "Settings" icon to change password after log in)
Please input your email address to reset password:

An email will be sent to the address above with link to reset password
(Please click the reset link timely as the link will expire in 15 minutes)
